There are more than 160 years h istory for the elevator u ntil now, and the elev ators serviced China m ore than 100 years. As the developm ent of China econom ic and urbanization, the skyscrapers becom e more and more in the moden city, even the sky scraper more than 300m height. These skyscrapers not only become the landmark of the city, but also abstract the famous enterprise to be located, to be the CBD of the city. In the future five years, China becom e the i mportant m arket of the high-rise buildi ng,71%of the world high-rise building will be build in China, and 51% are form second-tier city.The purpos e of this re search are two, one is selec ting the com petitive strategy of O elevator company in high-rise m arket, the other one is m aking the safeguard m easures for it. At first, using the PEST model and Five model to summary the opportunities and threat in the external environm ent of O elevator com pany.Under the circumstances of national revitalization of equipm ent manufacturing industry, the el evator industry obtained the development support. Along with the boom ing of the real esta teindustry, the m arket of elevator industry becom es bigger and bigger. The buyer bargaining increase year by year. And now, most of the elevator product become homogenous and the competition is intense.Secondary, after analyzing th e resource and ability of O elevator com pany, the advantages of O elevator company are the research and technology resources, m arketing and service network, brand influence. Cost and development cycle and professional and technical personnel reserve are the disadvantages.The third, base on the SW OT analysis of O elevato r com pany, selecting the differentiation com petitive strate gy f or O eleva tor com pany in high-r ise m arket development. According to the d evelopment trend of the m arket, the d ifferentiation competitive strategy sh ould focus on the d ifferentiated products and technology, service differentiation, brand differentia tion.At the end of this res earch, it com es up with some safeguard m easures to ensure the targets of O elevator com pany’s differentiation competitive strategy:High-rise project organization structure adjusting, process reorganizing and curing, the in centive sy stem of High-rise im proving and the enterprise culture remolding.
