With the continuous development of network and information technology,network sales platform of garment industry will be an important trend in the future.Our country's garment industry is a traditional labor-intensive industry.The cost advantage of our country's garment industry is gradually disappearing as the continuous development of domestic economy.There are some companies which have shifted their garment industry bases to Southeast Asia and other lower-cost countries already.Garment manufacturing is the lowest value-added link in the garment industry chain,high value-added links are all rested in the hands of foreign clothing brand operators.Shenzhen W garment processing and trade Company is a manufacturing enterprise,whose competitive strategy is cost leadership strategy.But the strategy is not enable to obtain low-cost advantage long-term sustainability,W company should explore his own development strategy.In this paper,we take Shenzhen W garment processing and trade Company for the study object and give an in-depth study and analysis of the W company's competitive strategy choice.This paper introduces the theory of strategic management first,and then gives a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of W company.We use the method of SWOT to analysis W company's internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats,finally the specific strategic choice and the implement plans of W company are given based on the SWOT analysis results.All in all,we get a very fruitful research results.This study has a very important theoretical and practical significance to the strategic management of W company and other garment processing trade Company in our country.
