Project schedule management is drawing up a reasonable and economic progress in limit time for a project, often checking whether the actual schedule according to requirements in commission, if deviation turns up, it is necessary to identify the problem and get the cause, to take remedial measure or adjust the original plan, until the program is completed.In the traditional project schedule management, project schedule and human resource management has been independently developed. It is considered that each department's high efficiency equals to the whole system's high efficiency. Critical chain project management take into the influence of human behavior account, the basic theory of critical chain is that it is to believe that the project management must comply with the whole optimization instead of the part optimization, cutting off the more time which remained for schedule safe, using the potential of constraints and establishing of various buffers, such as Feeding buffer, project buffer and so on, using buffers and network planning technique to make optimal project schedule, it can effectively reduce the changefulness and improve the degree program.It is a key to a project to make a good project schedule, normally, during the project execution process, there are many unpredictable factors. The actual project implementation schedule might not necessarily required to complete the project as originally planned, so Selecting a good project schedule control method play a very large role in the success of a project. Project Earned Value Management is a holistic approach to the project cost, quality and status of implementation of the project progress; it is measured by money instead of the engineering quantity, which can overcome the deviation between the cost control and schedule control, through the three basic values to represent the implementation of the project status, to analyze the cost of each project and project schedule changes and the changes caused by mutual influence; the project duration and cost of the project's future trends, and forecasting the resulting impact.This thesis analyzes the deficient of the critical chain management, put forward a progress monitor method by the use of Earned Value Management instead of only relying on the project buffer project, and give the specific operation processes; and devise the virtual process schedule time to calculator the deviation, the virtual is different from the operating process schedule, When calculate the deviation of progress, distinguish the value whether is from the critical chain or no-critical chain, make clear the source of bias, and get the early warning from the deviation, so as to provide a basis for the adjustment of the schedule. There is a case in the fourth chapter to discuses the new calculation method.
