Research On Dynamic Capability Evaluation Of Domestic Mobile Phone Enterprise

With the continuous development of economic globalization, the original market structure change constantly, competition rules are changed, the competition becomes more and more cruel, enterprise life cycle is also becoming more and more short. According to statistics, the average life span for the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is only 2.5 years, group enterprises the life expectancy of only 7-8 years, far from the European and American enterprises compared to the average life of 40 years. Chinese enterprises are numerous, but many are repeated walking "a fortune for a year, two years rich, three years to fail". So how to improve enterprise competitiveness, to extend the life cycle is the key to our country to catch up with foreign. To overcome this problem is very difficult, however, in the dynamic environment, all competitive advantage be temporary, build a strong competitive position to own ability construction constantly innovation, it must be changes over the environment. How to build the enterprise dynamic ability and objective analysis and evaluation, so as to promote enterprise sustainable development become a hot topic in today’s management research.This paper around the enterprise dynamic ability structure model and evaluation system of the main research work, from the enterprise dynamic ability of the selected topic background, purpose and significance of this paper the evolution of dynamic capability theory, the analysis about the ability of dynamic at home and abroad for reference, at the same time, on the basis of research results, define the connotation of the dynamic capabilities and model architecture, the culture, studying ability, innovation, resource integration, and environmental adaptability five dimensions explain the related influence factors of dynamic capabilities, to build the enterprise dynamic ability evaluation model and index system, through the empirical analysis verify the feasibility of the model, to reach appropriate guidance.Thesis is divided into six parts altogether, in which the first chapter, the second chapter simply summarizes the contemporary on the related research results of dynamic capabilities, this paper expounds the theories related to enterprise competence, and then in reference on the basis of these results, the third and fourth chapters give a dynamic capability model and evaluation system, the last chapter 6 through empirical analysis, provide guidance.Due to the study of dynamic capability is more complex, involving multidisciplinary and multi-field knowledge, therefore, this article is a preliminary attempt some research methods have shortcomings, and hope to be able to serve as a reference for future in-depth study.
