Agricultural enterprises is an important carrier of agricultural modernization,and has an irreplaceable effect on farmers' income,agricultural reform and rural development.In the social environment where the market competition is more intense,the agricultural enterprises are faced with the problems of insufficient resources,backward technology and low quality of products.The dilemma of lack of competitiveness has not only harmed the agricultural enterprises themselves,but also affected the rural areas Economy,enhance the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in the task of urgency.With the globalization and the progress of the network,the competition between enterprises has changed from simple opposition to cooperation,and the interrelations among enterprises have formed a unique enterprise network.This network for enterprises to obtain access to key resources to provide a more broad and high quality channels for the cooperation and innovation between enterprises to establish a platform for effective exchanges,but also for the sustainable development of enterprises to provide a stable market,industry,policy environment,Social network has become an effective form of agricultural enterprises to get rid of the development dilemma and build competitive advantage.Under the guidance of the social network and the theory of competitiveness,this paper tries to explore the factors and mechanism of the influence of social network on the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises from the aspects of resource acquisition and utilization.In theory,this study summarizes the concept of social network and its related theories,reviews the research on the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises,sums up the research on the relationship between social networks and competitiveness,summarizes the current research situation and the areas to be supplemented,Relevant analysis.The article focuses on the description of the structure and function of the social network,the concept and the constituent elements of the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises,and discusses the relationship between the social network and the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises from the perspective of sociology and management theory,and points out that the social network affects agriculture There are three main factors of the enterprise,the three elements through the reciprocal mechanism,cooperation mechanism,learning mechanism to play a role in competitiveness.Based on this,the paper puts forward and analyzes the relevant hypothesis,and constructs the analytical framework of the network structure acting on the network resources and the dynamic ability of the enterprise network to affect the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises.In this paper,according to the relevant hypothesis,the measurement index of the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises under the social network is determined,and the relevant data are obtained through the questionnaire survey.SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 are used as the inspection tools.The hypothesis of the theoretical model is verified,and the hypothesis is analyzed,and the conclusion that the social network has a positive effect on the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises is obtained.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of the previous studies,the article points out and points out the viewpoints and hypotheses about the influence of social networks on the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises from both theoretical and empirical aspects.Second,the social network affect the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises,the main factors include network structure,network resources and enterprise network dynamic capabilities.Third,the network structure through the network resources and enterprise network dynamic ability to act on the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.Therefore,the improvement of the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises,both enterprises need to use their own network to obtain resources to improve network construction capacity.But also inseparable from the government's guidance on the development of the network and the improvement of the network environment.
