To Upgrade The Competitive Ability Of Chinese Logistics Enterprises By The Way Of Resources Integraton

The development of economy globalization and free trade inspire the development of logistics among many countries all over the world. Confronted with the intense challenge of large foreign logistics companies, Chinese logistics companies have to solve the difficult problem of how to become larger and stronger. Chinese logistics companies are generally small in size and lack of resources; furthermore, most of them lack the sense of cooperation. To improve the competitive advantage, Chinese logistics companies must conduct resources integration, so as to enlarge the scale and perfect the service network in a short time and consequently narrow the gap with foreign logistics companies.The introduction of logistics theory into China started from 80s of 20^th century. With development of China's logistics industry, the research of logistics theory combined with China's actual situation continued to deepen. Compared with actual problems, which Chinese logistics companies meet in operation, China's theory research generally bring out development strategy based on foreign logistics theory and market behavior of foreign logistics companies. From the point of improving competitive ability of Chinese logistics companies and based on their universal situation, this article emphatically analyze the necessity and methods of resources integration.The enterprise resources include visible and invisible resources. The efficient integration of resources can lower the costs, consummate the service network and improve profit level. Through the analysis of various resources and methods of resources integration, combined with some actual results of resources integration, this article reveals the importance of resources integration to Chinese logistics companies. The first chapter of this article is an introduction, introducing the reason of bringing up the problem of resources integration and foreign and domestic theoretic research on this issue. The second chapter mainly elaborates the relation between resources integration and enterprise development and the international trend of resources integration. The third chapter mainly elaborates the internal and exterior factors that influence resources integration. The fourth chapter analyses each kind of integration mode according to different standards. With the example of the integration of Cosco Logictics (Qingdao), the fifth chapter analyses the function of resources integration on logistics companies and the prominent problems during the process of integration. The sixth chapter is the suggestions on resources integration of China's logistics industry. Finally is the concluding remark of this article.Taking the integration theories as the foundation, this article analyses the present situation of China's logistics industry and integration pattern of logistics enterprises. This article explicitly proposes the resources integration as the foremost strategy of China's logistics enterprises and separately proposes to the government and the enterprise the corresponding policies and suggestions, which will be of strong practical importance to optimize china's logistics industry and promotes the fast development of China's logistics enterprises.Based on real example reasoning, this article elaborates the importance of resources integration and analyses various integration modes, while trying to utilize the integration theory and value chain theory in the study of logistics market integration modes. Furthermore, this article makes a systematic summing up of logistics market integration modes. All of these works provide a new method and analytic mode for the further study logistics resources integration.
