The Distribution Center Location Research Of Agricultural Product Cold Chain Logistics

Our country has big agricultural production and consumption,with the unceasing enhancement of people's living standards and the continuous improvement of logistics environment,the agricultural products cold chain logistics has been considerable development.However,the current level of agricultural cold chain logistics is still seriously lagging behind the industry development.Meanwhile,the link cohesion of agricultural cold chain logistics various aspects is still not unobstructed,lacking of systematic,standardized,consistent of operations.Distribution center is an important node in the logistics network,and also is the most concentrated expression in agricultural products cold chain logistics activities,as a connecting bridge between suppliers and consumers,which has an important impact on enterprise's operating and service levels.The scientific location and rational planning of distribution centers can optimize logistics resources of agricultural cold chain,and improve the efficiency of logistics system,ensure quality and safety of agricultural products,reduce logistics cost,increase business efficiency.Against this backdrop,this research analyzes and summarizes the relevant theories of cold chain logistics,agricultural product logistics and distribution center on the basis of existing research.In view of the characteristics of agricultural products and the characteristics of the cold chain logistics distribution center,the following factors have been considered when optimizing the location of agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center.Firstly,this study identifies and measures the risk of alternative distribution centers.Then,this research takes further improvement measures based on the Multi-distribution center location model,taking the introduction of risk loss penalty factor into the model,and alternates the risk of distribution center value into the cost of risk.Next,this study establishes the model of agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center location,considering the facility cost,transportation cost,damage cost,energy cost and risk cost,and designes the genetic algorithm to solve the model.Finally,this research takes ZP enterprise as an example to do the empirical research,including the overview of ZP enterprise,development of industry and the status of cold chain logistics.On the base of background of ZP enterprise's cold chain logistics distribution center location,this research has carried on the calculation of the location model and sensitivity analysis,and verifies the rationality and feasibility of this model and the genetic algorithm through the empirical research.
