Lean Six Sigma(Short for LSS) is an integration of Lean production and Six Sigma Management, which can make up lack of individual management mode. To provide a better systematical solution for improving customer satisfaction, waste elimination, cost saving and product quality improvement.This paper discusses the actual application of service industry, combines with long time test case of customer electronics lean six sigma relevant theories and tools, to verify its feasibility and operability in service industry. First introduces customer complaints long time testing case of consumer products. Then discusses theories of Lean production and six sigma management, and pointed out the Characteristics of Lean Six Sigma and the steps of DMAIC implementation. Secondly discusses Lean six sigma project of quality improvement during tests of consumer electronics in company A, find out that how to define, measure, analyze and find the root cause of the problem according to science steps of DMAIC. And how to apply six sigma analysis tools to process the data in quantitative analysis, find the key factor which need to be improved, and validate the key factor to short the test time of consumer electronics and improve the service quality. In the end, this paper discusses how to implement the Lean Six Sigma in company A, which includes the setup of Lean Six Sigma motivation mechanism and the buildup of Lean Six Sigma continue improvement culture. Then find out the related solutions. This paper can be a guidance and reference for the application of Lean Six Sigma to solve the actual production problems.
