As the guideline of national tourism and leisure 2013-2020 and the Tourism Act issued, the development of the leisure industry has been growing into national strategy officially. Catering, entertainment, sports, real estate, and the internet which are led by tourism has shown a strong momentum of development, becoming an important pillar of economic development. In recent years, Jiujiang, as a newly emerging tourist city, relying on Lushan Mountain for amplifying brand effect, exploring West Sea of Lushan Mountain, the Minsheng wondering world, Dragon Palace Cave, Tianmu thermal springs, and other entertainment, vacation and leisure resources. Although it keeps smooth, sustained and rapid economic growth, but still, there is a long distance from the major tourism cities. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly crucial and urgent to explore the potential of leisure industry development of Jiujiang City by making full use of advantages and improving product supply, enriching leisure content as well as service levels.
