| Shengli Oilfield have reached in the later stages of development, short of resources to succeed, rise of integrated water, increaseof the difficulty of exploration have become increasingly prominent.Scientific research talent team of multidisciplinary, rational allocation of powers and responsibilities is needed to overcome technical and management difficulties.As the “Staff” of Shengli Oilfield, Geosciences Research Institutedecide the direction of the development of Shengli Oilfield. And the construction of scientific research talent team of Geosciences Research Instituteplays a key role to the whole development of Shengli Oilfield.In this context, research on scientific research talent team was studied. The connotation,composition and basic characteristics were interpreted deeply. And the talent team structure was clarified on this basis. Through a comprehensive analysis of the current talent team construction, the problems oftalent team constructionwere pointed out: ①the concept of grassroots team construction is weak, there is no consensus on team goals; ②top-level design is not enough, there are some mistakes of the leader; ③management mechanism is not perfect,there is no effective team motivation; ④talent that is not reasonable, the levels of talent team construction should be further improved. Principles and objectives of scientific research talent team of Geosciences Research Institutewere proposed according to the problems. Perfect talent development mechanism, improve the talent incentive mechanism, improve the mechanisms on flow of talent, optimize talent development environment and strengthen measures were elaborated to construct scientific research talent team. Fuzzy comprehensive method is used to establish the general evaluation steps of the achievements of scientific research term construction. |
