With the development of market economy, material quality management has gained more and more attention by enterprises in recent years. The quality of material seriously affected the quality of enterprise's competitiveness and economic efficiency, thus establish a quality management index system and provide a method to evaluate it could help enterprise analyze the weakness of their material quality management, promote enterprise to improve the work of quality management, so can improve the management level of material quality management.This paper analyzes the process of material management in Shengli Oilfield, accordingly set up a material quality management evaluation system, and establishes the evaluation model through AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, establishes a DEA model to evaluate the effectiveness of index system, then determine the key factors affecting the quality of material according to the final evaluation scores.This paper focuses on how to quantify the level of material quality through models and find the key factors affecting material quality management.This paper also provide a method to analyze the key factors of material quality management by evaluating the index system. Through an empirical analysis of tubing and casing in Shengli oilfield, this paper evaluates the management level of them and analyzes the result.The last part of this paper is a summary of all articles, and it points out some aspects to be improved in the future. The paper includes 13 Figures,7 Tables, and 79 references.
