The Establishment And Application Of A Comprehensive Performance Evaluation System For Petrochemical Plant Of Shengli Oilfield

The comprehensive performance evaluation is foundational for the oil refining enterprises'management. It is important for the enterprise to seek the advantage and disadvantage between enterprises, analyze the deeper reason and excavate development potentiality in the future. The Establishment of a comprehensive performance evaluation system has been a practical selection for Petrochemical Plant of Shengli Oilfield to enhance economic benefit and market competitiveness.This paper consists of seven chapters. Chapter one is the preface, and summarizes the meaning of the selected title, theory tools and research approaches of this paper used, and the basic thinking and logic structure of this paper.
