Research On The Construction Of Standardized Model Zones Of Modern Agriculture Of High Efficiency

The problems of the agriculture, the countryside and the fanners are the strategic problem affecting the life, safety and health of the people, the long-termed stable situation of the country and the harmonized development of the society. It is a strategic decision of overall height of the CCP Central Committee and the State Council and the main orientation of the economic construction of the countryside in a future period to construct a new socialist countryside and to break new-type developing paths of the agriculture, the countryside and the farmers. It is a new model of breaking the new paths of the agriculture, the countryside and the farmers, a new access to industralization, markets and internationalization of traditional agriculture and an efficient method of solving the core problem of the agriculture, the countryside and the farmers ---- raising the incomes of the farmers---- to construct standardized model zones of modern agriculture of high efficiency. However, most of the model zones have not yet met the requirements of modernization and high efficiency, which has limited the play of the model zones, because it is not so early to start the construction of model zones, there are differences in different areas in the construction, and there are so many practical problems in understanding, projects, models, management, scale and benefits.This essay, taking Yancheng as an example having the most zones in Jiangsu Province, fully and sysmaticly studies and analyzes the present condition, problems and reasons of the construction (the first three chaperters ), and gives methods, suggestions on the basis of the requirements of high-efficiency and modernzation and standardzations (4 to 6 chaperters) , to offer some help to the construction of model zones and make contributions to the both-fast-and-good development of the economy and society.
