Today,the power companies to enter the fierce market competition mechanism,large power companies are facing electricity market reform challenge,this challenge requires companies have the ability to respond quickly,while information technology and modular management is an important way to achieve fast response.How to take advantage of the latest technology,combined with operational characteristics of power and information technology companies,through reasonable planning,construction of a modular system,it is important to achieve relying Power Enterprise Management response quickly and correctly,and to solve these problems inevitable choice.With the growth of people's awareness of energy conservation and emission reduction,various countries in the world have issued a series of policies to encourage the development of new clean energy.In this development environment,wind energy as a new representative is mushrooming to the momentum of rapid development.But the management cannot catch up with the fast development of the wind industry.It is hard to get the management improved by only qualities change,we need the Informationization and modernization to make the qualities improvement on the wind industry management level.In this paper,the status quo of wind farm management,citing the shortcomings of the traditional management model,combined with the actual management of existing wind farms,introduced the concept of modular managed by external wind measurements,wind turbine maintenance,operation and management of spare parts and the venue and several other structures modular management platform,as well as the practical application of the results of the stage show,and a detailed description of the module and management of three management levels through specific cases,proof modular management inevitability and superiority replicability.Bound to happen between modes of sync,leading to the current management model lags behind the trend of rapid development of wind power.This paper presents a new modular management model based on the existing three-tier management system on the basis to solve this problem by comparing the old and the new management model,analyze the advantages and feasibility of modular management.
