Research On Identification And Standardized Organization Pattern Of Asset Assessment Information

Asset assessment industry is a collection and use of information-based service industry. Quality of information is important to ensure its quality. The results of the assessment are closely related with the information collected during the assessment process. Therefore, collection of information, identification of information, screening information and sorting information is an important process of the assessment. This process can ensure good quality of the information and enhance the effectiveness of information. However, the researchers in this area don’t pay enough attention to this aspect.To solve this problem, this paper studies the following aspects. First of all, this paper combines the theory of asset assessment and information concepts to sum up the meaning of asset assessment information. Based on the nature of asset assessment information, this paper discusses categories and characteristics of it theoretically. Secondly, taking into account the characteristics of asset assessment and its information, this paper standardized the process of information collection from the preliminary work, the principle, the source of information and the method of information collection. After this process, information collection can get good results. Furthermore, this study analyzed the identification of information theoretically and introduced specific methods to identify the information. On this basis, the paper summarizes the specific processes to indentify the asset assessment information. This paper has been modeled on the identification of information and has made case analysis about it on the basis of fuzzy evaluation method. Through the identification of the information collected to improve the quality of information. Finally, this paper identifies the meaning of standardized organization of information and studies the existing models. This paper has made improvements for the defects of the existing models and also has been modeled on the new method. This study is based on an existing model, but it also has quantitative derivation. This article provides a scientific basis to the identification and standardized organization of asset assessment information. The information is more reliable and relational after this process. It is also more orderly than before. This kind of information can meet the evaluators’ needs and improve the assessment of efficiency. This process lays the foundation for scientific and efficient assessment.This study not only provides scientific theories support to information processing in asset assessment practice, but also provides ideas for information analysis in asset assessment information management system. This study can be used as a development direction of future analysis of asset assessment information. The identification and standardized organization pattern study of asset assessment information has a reference to other disciplines.
