Abstract/Summary:
In the process of enterprise lean management, the small and medium-sized enterprise, which has no lean management foundation, how to establish the management system with the enterprise strategy development. DX Company is a small and medium-sized enterprise which has no basis of lean management. In the operation management of the enterprise, it has not worked out a clear strategy for the development of the company. Company’s current assessment indicators are not through the corporate strategy to decompose, identify the strategic theme to the corresponding set of measurement management indicators. At present, there is a lack of a unified management system, the management system for the management of the enterprise’s daily operations management.Based on understanding of the performance management, combined with the principle of Balanced Scorecard(BCS), strategic map and the use of the method, through the identification of the company’s strategic direction, mapping the company’s strategic objectives, the company’s strategic objectives and identify the company’s strategic theme and the corresponding measurement index, and according to the balanced scorecard method to establish key performance indicators(KPI) management system. In enterprise operation and management, through key indicators to control the enterprise’s key activities, so that the problem of quantitative, to improve the direction of the problem, continue to improve, to achieve corporate goals. To DX Company as the research background, this paper discusses how to use the Balanced Scorecard and strategic map to establish the KPI management system, to provide a guarantee for the continuous improvement of the company’s strategic development, and to establish a consistent KPI management system with the company’s strategic development. The full text is based on the theory and practice, which provides a reference for other enterprises in the establishment of KPI management system.
