At present,China's economy is experiencing the period that the speed of economic growth is going into the shift period,structural adjustment is facing a painful period,and pre-stimulus is in the period of digesting.The new economic situation means more uncertainty,making it more difficult to control risks and put forward higher requirements of risk management in China's enterprises.So the ability of risk management develops into one of the core competitiveness of enterprises.In the year of 2014,Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission published the concept of Enterprise Risk Management-Aligning with Strategy and Performance,indicating the concept of comprehensive risk management entering into the public view.Then,in the year of 2006,SASAC released guidelines for comprehensive risk management of central enterprises,providing more detailes about the concept for Chinese companies.High-risk industries such as the securities,aviation,and hotel have taken the lead in implementing comprehensive risk management,which has laid a solid practical foundation for the framework in China.However,problems such as weak awareness about risk management and lack of risk management techniques still exist.In September 2017,the updated version of the COSO Comprehensive Risk Management Framework was launched.On the basis of the previous version in 2004,the new version of the framework indicates that risk management should not be independent of the company's strategic management,performance evaluation,and corporate value enhancement,but should be closely integrated with other corporate management activities.Therefore,based on the theory of strategic management,system theory and comprehensive risk management,this article summarizes the current situation of risk management about J Hotel,analyzes the problems and reasons,trying to use Balance Score Card to optimize J's risk management,as well as account the risk management into the enterprise performance appraisal system.This artical builds a comprehensive system about the aplication of risk management in J Hotel,and provides a reference for the application of management accounting tools such as BSC in risk management.
