The Research Of The Pattern Of Multi-project Management For Aerospace Model Based Upon Enterprise Department System

Through more than fifty years’ development, China Aerospace Science and Technology Industry has evolved from zero, continued to innovate, and made remarkable achievements. Under the new historical circumstance and faced with a new mission and responsibility, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation(CASC), as the leading force in our aerospace science and technology, sets the aims of becoming an international first-class aerospace enterprise with strong capacity of independent innovation and industrial development, high level of technology and integration between military and civilian, and even powerful international competitiveness and management. Subordinated into CASC, “A Research Institute” is confronted with profound changes at home and abroad. In the new situation of multi-model developed in parallel, high-density launch paralleled with the batches, the constantly shortened cycle of research and development, there appears problems in organization and management, which are incompatible with the development of the model task.According to the new situation and mission of “A Research Institute”, in this thesis I make full use of the enterprise department system theory and multi-project management knowledge system. Based upon the comprehensive analysis of its present organization, the manufacturing process and characteristics of aerospace models and combined with the existing problems in its enterprise department system construction and multi-project management, this thesis explores the organizing and managing system of “A research institute” and points out the necessity of implementing the enterprise department system for research institute, and even discusses the procedure of multi-project management model. Through the study of this thesis, the relationship between model projects and enterprise department, which means the project organization of enterprise department, as well as the inner structure of multi-project organization have been established and confirmed. It is a good reference and also places an important role in improving the system integration capacity and the core competitiveness of “A Research Institute” as well as realizing “dumb-bell” industrial structure.
