Employee satisfaction is a relative concept, when the employee is expected to be satisfied, the staff will be satisfied with the subjective, and expected not to be satisfied, the staff will have a sense of loss, thereby affecting the enthusiasm of employees. In the increasingly fierce competition in today’s society, the financial market in the continuous deepening of reform, banks realize that the competition is essentially the talent competition,more and more banks realize this, the customer is satisfied with the service provided by the staff of professional skills and service experience, can say that the quality of service staff to determine the satisfaction of customers. Therefore, from the source to start, pay attention to the interests of employees, attention to personnel management and retention, through the promotion of employee satisfaction and to enhance customer satisfaction to enterprises to create higher profits and benefits. Both domestic and foreign studies have indicated that improving employee satisfaction is beneficial to improve customer satisfaction, and can improve the customer’s loyalty, so as to improve the profitability of the enterprise.Therefore, it is more and more important to improve the satisfaction of bank employees,and more and more banks begin to pay more attention to the relationship between the satisfaction of employees and the interests of enterprises. Through investigation, domestic commercial banks to improve the satisfaction of employees, to attract more high-quality personnel, can effectively prevent the loss of talent, so as to maintain internal stability and better external competitive advantage. Through questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper studies the satisfaction of employees in Shihezi branch of China Construction Bank in order to find out the actual situation of job satisfaction. Through analyzing and searching the influence factors, we can find some solutions. Through setting up the corresponding measures, we can achieve the staff expectations, improve employee satisfaction.
