Application Of Lean And Six Sigma In ATM7 Project Of N Corporation

The function of Lean and 6 sigma in practical work is undoubted. But in different organization and projects, the effect of these management methods will not occur naturally. We have to make rules and procedures combining with practical project.For the problem in ATM7 of 6634 in N corporation, this article clarifies the problem by tools of Lean and 6 sigma and brings out improvement and control solutions basing on DMAIC procedure. The research result shows that Lean and 6 sigma could provide quantitative analysis and measurement data, also benefit achieving and running improvement solution when we meeting complicated problem in solving project problem.The solution put forward in this article for solving ATM7 problem of 6634 in N corporation is successful. It not only solves the sensor failure issue, but also shortens cycle time and reduces the cost at last. This article could also be referred to anybody who meeting similar issue.
