Clean production at this time, it as a kind of new developing strategy, with in a variety of relevant theory and technology, in each link of the whole life cycle of products adopt a "precautionary measures", and optimize the operation mode, in order to achieve minimum impact on the environment, the least resources, energy use, the best management and optimal economic growth level, and ultimately achieve social, economic and environmental sustainable development.This paper comes from the second round of clean production project of Leiyang City, a non-ferrous metal Comprehensive Recycling Co., ltd.. Based on the specific audit practice, this paper makes a research on the second round of cleaner production audit. To cleaner production audit mode for outline, using the theory of cleaner production, from the eight aspects of raw materials, products, technology, equipment, process control, characteristics of the wastes, the quality of employees, business management and other of the enterprise in the production process of analysis and evaluation, to study how clean production theory and enterprise audit process better combination, find out the optimization of the audit programme, achieve the best effect.In the analysis and evaluation in the process of planning organization, pre evaluation, evaluation, scheme generation and screening, feasibility analysis, program implementation, sustainable clean production seven steps has approved the cleaner production program, a total of 18 (which no/low cost plan of 16,/high fee program 2), no/low cost plan invested a total of 280 million yuan, create economic benefits 3.03 million yuan per year.;/high fee program invested 49 million yuan. Can create economic benefits 44.23 million yuan per year.The implementation of cleaner production program for all company can achieve power saving 2960kwh/a, saving in coal 65t/a, raw materials annual savings of 4.6t/a, reduce the loss of cadmium 1.67t/a, zinc 9t/a, lead 2.5t/a, sulfur 181.2kg/a, total material loss amount reduce the quality, save water 3295t/a; create the very considerable environmental benefits and economic benefits, to achieve the goal of the current round of cleaner production audit enterprises.Through the study of the current round of enterprise cleaner production, the establishment of a suitable for zinc sulfate, zinc oxide industry of cleaner production index system, at the same time, we analyze the enterprise existing problems and the potential of cleaner production, and based on this, proposed the focus of subsequent improvement measures and the next round of cleaning production audit work, provide a clear direction for enterprises to further clean production.
