A Study On Cleaner Production Mode For Petrochemical Industry

As industry with high environment risks, there exist comparatively high environmental pollution risks in petrochemical enterprises. Clean production is indispensable to realize harmonious development of economy and environment, transform economical growth mode and pollution prevention method so as to achieve sustainable development.This article makes an analysis of present clean production situation of enterprises by incorporating actual situation of D company, summarizes clean production strategy of petrochemical industry on the basis of investigation and research, comes up with the target of enterprises clean production with a series of activities of creating"national environment friendly enterprises".Establishment and implementation of ISO14001 environment management system is the foundation for achieving clean production of enterprises, this article discusses the way to build up clean production management system by combination of present production management, environment management system and clean production concept. In addition,this article analyses potential of clean production in petrochemical enterprises and earned economical benefit by the application of audit technology of clean production and summary of audit effect of six production unit. This article explores the mode of clean production in petrochemical enterprises, raises some idea and method to execute clean production by demonstrating practice of clean production of D company, which is instructive to the implementation of clean production strategy during operation of petrochemical industry and helpful to other enterprises with high pollution.
