As a big province of Camellia oleifera, explore how to scientific assessment of tea industry in Hunan social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit, in order to bigger and stronger Hunan Province tea industry, out of the road of a forestry and enrich the people strong province of Camellia oleifera, has important significance.This paper takes hunan camellia industry as the research, based on the theory of industrial organization, industrial structure theory, sustainable development theory, in-depth research and analysis of hunan camellia industry development present situation, summarizes camellia industry of hunan province, the existing main problems and causes. For further quantitative study of the comprehensive benefits of hunan camellia industry, in reference to domestic and foreign relevant camellia industry comprehensive benefit evaluation index system, and combined with the actual development of camellia industry in hunan, screening evaluation index by using frequency statistics, the condition value method, by using market value method, cost method and substitute engineering method to evaluate camellia industry comprehensive benefits.
