Agricultural supply side structural reform is put forward for the longitudinal deepening development of camellia industry more urgent requirement,at the same time,realizing the modern development of differential products,optimizing logistics network of camellia products and realizing the poor areas of poverty alleviation is the objective requirement of the national poverty alleviation strategy.From the perspective of the definition of camellia oleifera abel industry,the paper analyzes the construction of logistics network about camellia products in Hunan province.Based on the industrial development theory and logistics network theory,we use the method of statistic analysis,quantitative analysis,AHP,DELPHI,ESDA-GIS and gravity model to analyze the data from logistics industry and camellia network development.Firstly,the paper uses statistical analysis method to analyze the some present situation of Hunan oil tea product logistics network,and finds that camellia industry in Hunan province is listed the NO.1 among the nation.Industrial elements are gradually improved and the industry has almost finished the transformation and upgrading.Meanwhile,the development features obviously the area heterogeneity.Customers are mainly from middle-and-high incomers.The network is centered by Hunan province and expands its market to neighbor regions.Logistics develops rapidly in Hunan and its development maintains good momentum.Besides,logistics has the feature of "one core,three areas,several zones and six channels".Its network is on the stage of upgrading but far more specialized.Secondly,the paper studies the mechanism of logistics development and the camellia industry through the multivariate linear regression model and the fixed effect model,and finds that the influence factors in logistics and camellia industry show significant positive correlation.The result of MLR and fixed-effects model indicates the freight volume coefficient is positive,which means the development of logistics has promoted the growth of camellia industry.Then,the paper comprehensivly uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Delphi method to build Hunan camellia products logistics quality evaluation index,using the comprehensive evaluation method and the ESDA-GIS technology to measure and analyze the quality of urban logistics spatial differentiation characteristics,then according to the size of the city logistics quality determine hub node city,and finds that the quality of logistics varies in different cities with the feature of strong spatial auto correlation and spatial agglomeration.From the quality of logistics,Changsha,Hengyang and Huaihua can be the core cities in Hunan camellia industry.And then,using the gravitational model to sure the radiation range of hub node city,and finds that the scope can be enlarged into Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Yueyang,Changde,Yiyang and Loudi based on the center city,Changsha.The scope can be further enlarged into Shaoyang,Chengzhou and Yongzhou based on the second level city,Hengyang.Based on Huaihua,the range can be expanded to Xiangxi and Zhangjiajie.Finally Comprehensivly design Hunan camellia product logistics network,and finds that the logistics network in Hunan camellia producation has the feature of "three axes,six arteries and five branch lines".the paper comes up with the suggestions of optimizing industrial structure,promoting the cooperation between camellia oleifera abel industry and logistics.Therefore,we can update the information of camellia products logistics network,optimize network pattern,full play the role of industrialization poverty alleviation and reinforce the design of camellia products logistics.
