The Comparative Study On Business Benefit Of Different Business Model Of The Camellia Oleifera Industry

Camellia oleifera has a long history of planting in Hunan Province, and it’s a kind of high-quality oil crops. Since reform of collective forest property right system of Hunan Province in 2007, camellia industry has experienced rapid development with the active call of the national policy and great importance attached by the provincial government. As such, there are a large number of camellia oleifera production and processing enterprises, such as Hunan Jiangshan ecological agriculture and forestry development co.,LTD and Hunan Jin Xia camellia (Liuyang) technology co., LTD. Developing the tea industry vigorously not only affect the development strategies about the national grain and oil security and reduce our dependence on foreign oil markets, but also activate the local economy, offer adequate jobs and increase people’s income.With the development of economy and society, camellia oleifera is well known for its rich nutrients contained in it. As the "Oriental olive oil", camellia oleifera has been favored by more and more people of all ages, social capital also increased private investment in the tea industry. Meanwhile, Hunan tea industry, there are a series of problem in the development process of camellia oleifera in Hunan province. For example, low market share, insufficient structural demand, lack of brand and other factors also restricts the healthy and sustainable development of camellia oleifera industry. Firstly, According to reviewing relevant literature review and research on CZT regions’ camellia oleifera, this paper probes into the relevant theories of camellia oleifera industry. Secondly, this paper elaborates the general development situation of camellia oleifera in CZT regions and make comparison with advantages and disadvantages of five basic development modes, on which basis this paper raises existing problems in the process of development of camellia oleifera industry in CZT regions. In the empirical research part, in the premise of making explanation of the basic data selected. This paper analyzes the economic benefits of five modes by calculating financial indicators, such as payback period, internal rate of return and so on, and then sum up the ideal mode at the moment is individual farmers’ mode. The mode shows certain advantages in the internal rate of return, payback period and other aspects. Lastly, this paper gives suggestions about the development of camellia oleifera industry in CZT regions. Making effort to do products promotion, increasing investment in science and technology, and setting up the brand can promote positive and healthy development of camellia oleifera industry in Hunan Province.
