In March 15,2015, the national development and Reform Commission issued the paper "Some opinions on further deepening the reform of electric power system" (hereinafter referred to as No. nine), marking the formal implementation of the new round of electric power system reform. The main content of the reform can be summarized as "three releases, one independence and three emphasises". Grid enterprises are facing major changes in the external environment, so as to put forward higher requirements for the daily operation of power grid enterprises. On the one hand, the power grid enterprises must undertake social responsibilities entrusted by the state, and do their best in power supply; on the other hand, power grid enterprises will have to fulfill the responsibility of enterprise development, which is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of state-owned assets. The decision-making level of power grid enterprises is related to the power of social security and the development of enterprises in all aspects, which is the current purpose of power grid enterprises business management. Under this background, how to improve the level of management and resource allocation of power grid enterprises is currently a hot issue of concern.On the base of power grid enterprise management decision simulation theory based, this paper innovatively introduced the theory and method of system dynamics to research the power grid enterprise management decision simulation, and construct the corresponding decision support system platform. Firstly, combined with the actual work of power grid enterprises, this paper construct the key index system management decision with the value quantity index and non value indicators point of view. Secondly, this paper combine and detailed analyse the relationship between the various business indicators and the specific business. And then this paper use the system dynamics tool to form a mesh grid business decision simulation model. Finally, this paper use the model to design and develop the business decision support system of power grid enterprises, so as to simulate the operation and decision-making of power grid enterprises.The research provides a reference for the supply business decision management, which is conducive to business coordination of special programs, optimize resource allocation, enhance the ability of business management, and achieve good economic and social benefits.
