Facilities of agricultural machinery are a very important part of the country economy; they are also the bonuses foundation for agricultural production. Their running state can affect the economic benefit of mechanization of farming directly. At present, because of the abrasion and aging in using process, many agricultural machinery facilities have exceeded their deadline.As the fixed number year increases,their jump-starting, power and economic benefit are declining. So it is very important to find a proper renewal decision system of both undertaking safety and combining income. Among all articles of this aspect, some discuss the best renewal period of facility and some seek the best renewal spot of facility. But their adaptability are not that good, it is very necessary to drawing up a renewal calculation method for agricultural machinery facility that give priority to economic benefit and suit for different demand at the same time.During recent years, as the developing of computer technology, technical-economics and other interrelated subjects, the renewal calculation method for agricultural machinery facility has improved a lot. This paper attempts to analyze renewal decision of facility combing economy and technology. Firstly, it introduces the theories and calculating method of abrasion as well as economic life for agricultural machinery facility, such as some basic concepts of reliability and maintenance in both technical and economic angle, the essential of technical economy and confirming method for economic limit. And then summarizes the renewal calculation method for agricultural machinery facility. This paper applies MALCOFU's dynamic layout method in renewal calculation method, and makes quantitative estimate as well as analyze of decision-making from the technical economy angle.On the base of theories and methods research on some renewing arithmetic such as deterioration numerical value, minimum annual average cost and so on, and using Visual Basic as platform, we designed and emboldened the AERCS software system.
