"To build a good base,get outward"and to strengthen the construction of overseas enterprises production and sales base is the key work to expand the international market.While expanding the international market,according to the "take a variety of ways to build the sales network with the dealers"demand from CNTC,China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co. has developed the international taxed market with the goal of expanding sales network and improving sales scale.Argentina is the traditional and strategic market for China tobacco Yunnan industial Co..In the implementation plan of expanding the international market for China tobacco,there is a clear statement of confirming the China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co. as the dominant role of expanding the argentina market and making the argentina production and sale base a main surport center of latin America for China tobacco.However, China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co. still has a weak basis and low competitiveness in argentina cigarette market.How to chooce the right brand、products、price、distribution channels、and promotion strategy is still a current problem to be solved.Through the analysis of the macro environment of Argentina’s cigarette market and based on the market’s total situation,this paper analyzed the competition status by using the Porter five power model,after which divided the market conmpetiton groups.Meantime,through the Dupont analysis and related data analysis this paper compared the two big giants and China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co..At last,this paper determined thr core competitiveness of enterprises, according to which determined the specific marketing strategies by SWOT analysis.Targeted at specific market,this paper is mainly focused on the strategy of market expansion.Hope that the research in this article may search for a good development of Argentina cigarette market.
