FCTC has been approved in2003and worked in2005. Many countries took lots of measures to prevent the tobacco. With the increasing voice of preventing the tobacco, the raising consumption tax of tobacco products in many countries and controls of consumption of tobacco products and ads marketing, tobacco companies move forward in hard situations. On one hand, smoking makes bad effects on humans and its smoke also influence the environment. On the other hand, tobacco companies make tax revenue for the country, and feedback the society through a series of activities to improve the image in people’ heart. As a company of two principal characteristics, corporate social responsibility of tobacco companies is worth researching. With the sense of focusing on health, tobacco companies are in incompatible and embarrassed situations. But in the predictable future, tobacco products reasonable and necessary reason to keep on, so it is important to coordinate the trouble and realize the social responsibility of tobacco companies.There are lots of researches on CSR of tobacco companies in domestic and abroad. But many of them research through qualitative ways and lots of them don’t focus on the specific tobacco companies. It makes others hard in better realizing CSR and do their responsibilities as corporate citizens. There are no specific and guidelines ways and theoretical researches. Meanwhile, there are many problems influence existence and development of tobacco companies in a large extent, such as are there objective assessment ways of CSR in tobacco companies? How to assess the CSR in tobacco companies? How to lead tobacco companies realizing CSR through assessment indicator system?This paper focuses on the existence and development of tobacco companies and research on Yunnan Tobacco Company. It combines microanalysis, macro analysis, systematic analysis, literature integrated research, comparison research and so on to build assessment indicator system of CSR through summary of research of CSR in tobacco companies in domestic and abroad. This paper get data through grades from experts, build a comprehensive assessment indicator system combining stakeholder theory and synergy theory, and gives a new sight for tobacco companies in realizing CSR. It gives specific suggestions on realizing CSR of tobacco companies through AHP on data, and provides guidelines for subsequent researches on CSR of tobacco companies.
