The world economy has entered a trend of integration of the21st century, economic globalization continued to deepen. In today’s accelerated economic globalization, Whether an industry is truly internationally competitive only to look at in the worldwide; Only one company to effectively integrate resources in worldwide can be a world-class company.China is a superpower in world tobacco,and also a tocacco weak country at the same time.China tobacco lake of competitiveness in the international market. Compared with the international traditional semi-finals’ development path,China tobacco need to accelerate the pace of "going out" in the future development. The Yunnan tobacco as the mainstay of the China tobacco, Played an irreplaceable role models in the development of China’s tobacco. The Yunnan tobacco in order to achieve sustainable and stable development, not only to a firm footing in the domestic market, but also to stand on the height of globalization transnational business.Over the years, Yunnan Tobacco go out with little breakthrough. Compared with the multinational tobacco companies competitive strategy and strategic measures in the tobacco market,Yunnan tobacco has a lot of gaps and weaknesses in going outside.Therefore,to study Yunnan tobacco’s "going out" strategy and analysis how to go outside have important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper use Electric Paradigm to do the empirical analysis of Yunnan tobacco, identify three focus on the development of market. Finally, the paper analies "going outside"strategy,and put forward our policy proposals.
