The Logistic Information System Of G Company’s Analysing And Improvement Study

Logistics information system is on the basis of logistics information, composed of equipment, personnel and procedures, it is used by logistics managers for providing information interaction system of execution plan, implementation, control and other functions. It is a combination of modern management methods and computer information technology, which provides a powerful technique guarantee for modern enterprises to participate in the fierce competition of the market.The paper, firstly, summarizes the related concepts of logistics information system, core ideas and the implementation methods and steps. It is based on the construction of logistics information system of enterprise G, which the author works in.
