| With the reform and opening up, China vigorously promote the modernization of Agriculture,which aims at improving the farmers’ income with the limited resources, however,it turns out to be polluted rural area and ecological destructed ecology, that is, you cast a large number of chemical fertilizers when farming,as well as irrational usage of antibiotics and hormones when intensive raising, which leads to heavy metal contamination of agricultural land and food safety issues, as a result, agriculture and rural interchange became the most polluted areas. At the same period, the level of urba nization in China increase gradually. But almost in every city, workers live together as a system, who has little relationship with local residents. More than 260 million migr ant workers working in the city in the city for many years, but the identities are still farmers. They have made ocontribution for the city’s economic development, but cannot get the equal treatment.A series of policy information after the eighteen Conference and afterwards indicates that, ecological protection will be China’s agricultural focus of the work during the next period of time, and the new town is the core way of urban and rural co-ordinate the development of two-way.Based on overall development of agriculture in Hunan Province, this paper selects Xiangyin County as the research object, construct ecological agriculture and small towns coordinated coupling index, and explore the ecological agriculture and small towns coupling development process. The research shows that, the coupling process has experienced a slight offset from the coupling to the primary coupling in ecological agriculture and small town of Xiangyin County from non-interference to coordinated development of independent development. According to the relevant research results, we make improving comments and provide suggestions for the development of small towns and ecological agriculture in other parts. |
