| The coordinate development between county economy and county finance is the basis of county economic sustained development. As two main parts in the county finance symbiotic system,the symbiotic relationship between villages and small towns bank and county small and medium-sized enterprise(county SMEs) exert directly effect on the allocation and use efficiency of county economic resource.The foundation and development of the villages and small towns banks widen the financing channel of the county SMEs.The financial service offered by villages and small towns banks is helpful for the county SMEs to adjust assets structure and income structure in order to achieve the sustainable development.However,there are several factors restricting the symbiotic advancement such as the immaturity of villages and small towns bank and the county SMEs,the incomplete symbiotic model and the imperfect symbiotic environment.Therefore,in order to alleviate the county SMEs'current difficulty in financing and to accelerate the county economic development, is of great significance that analysing deeply the symbiotic relationship between villages and small towns bank and county SMEs, as well as selecting accurately the symbiotic pathes which can promote the two subjects' harmonious development.On the basis of the financial symbiosis theory,taking for example Huitong Bank located in Jingchuan County of Pingliang City of Gansu Province,which is the first villages and small towns bank invested by state-owned bank,the paper discussed the symbiotic relationship between villages and small towns bank and the county SMEs. The full paper is divided into five parts.The first part overviewd the financial symbiosis theory.The second part,from a combination of theoretical and practical point of view,analysed detailedly the symbiotic system composed of villages and small towns bank and the county SMEs.The third part investigated emphatically the operation of Huitong Bank and the financial service offered by Huitong Bank to the county SMEs in Jingchuan County.The forth part explored those factors which always restrict the symbiotic development between villages and small towns bank and the county SMEs.The fifth part, from the following three aspects,such as strengthening the symbiotic units,consolidating the symbiotic relationship and perfecting the symbiotic environment,put forward suggestions directly on how to promote the villages and small towns bank and county SMEs to achieve the integrate symmetric mutual symbiotic development. |
