The concept of “Reverse Innovation” was first proposedin 2009 by Vijay Govindarajan, Jeffrey R. Immelt. It refers to such kind of innovation, which firstly adopted in developing markets, and than spread to developed countries.In recent years, reverse innovation has become a hot business and academic research.Some enterprises in our country have successfully implemented a reverse innovation activities, especially some excellent enterprises of electronic information industry which have entered the international market, Competing with the enterprises of developed countries. While the research on reverse innovation in China is limited to a single case, focusing on simple feature induction, and lack of systematic research on the key factors of reverse innovation.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the key influencing factors of reverse innovation.Electronic information industry has become an important pillar industry in our country, and now the electronic information industry has increasingly penetrated in every field of people’s production and life, especially in the era of cloud computing, Internet of things, big data and mobile Internet era, the electronic information industry has gradually become the dominant force in the development of social economy. While lack of the ability of independent innovation, high quality market competition environment and comprehensive technology development talent are all problems of the electronic information industry. As a kind of new strategic thinking, reverse innovation provides a new way for China’s electronic industry enterprises to enter the global market.This paper uses the case study method, based on SIEMENS, HUAWEI and Logitech technology in accordance with the principle of logic repetition for case analysis, the key factors affecting the electronic information industry innovation and construct a system of key factors. Through this study, found that reverse the successful implementation of enterprise innovation information from the strategic level, affecting a total of 8 a key factor in the organizational level and project level, namely the enterprise strategic adjustment, identify market opportunities, change the logical thinking, enhance local ability, enterprise research and development ability, the formation of the localization team, pay attention to consumer demand, the integration of company resources. The strategic adjustment, change the logical thinking is the premise of innovation; identify market opportunities, focus on the consumer demand is the source of innovation; enhance the ability of local enterprises, research and development ability, the formation of the localization team, integrate the company resources The protection of reverse innovation.
