| Since it was put forward, reverse consulting was critically acclaimed by many enterprises as it’s advantage in finding out and solving the substantive issues in the enterprise diagnosis thanks to its focus on customer needs. However, there is little theoretical study on the reverse consulting recently and the existing research is too abstract to give good guidelines for diagnosis practice. Therefore, this paper focus on the specific influencing factors of reverse consulting on the basis of existing research has great theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper look for the key success factors from the mature research field recently of reverse consulting which is the process and value of the reverse consulting. In the process view, I find out the key aspects of the different stages through the process of division of the process and constructs key success factors table scale of the different stages through the derivation of the related factors of the key stages, combined with the views of previous research and experts of the consulting process. Finally, identify key success factors for the different stages through hierarchical analysis method. The result is satisfaction of attract demand (diagnosis stage), enterprise life cycle (plan generation stage), comprehension ability of business managers (assistance of the implementation phase); from the perspective of value, to find out the factors that affect the value of full set of reverse consulting through the analysis to the factors influencing value reverse facilities, combined with literature review, to determine critical success factors by hierarchical analysis method. The result is consulting experience in the diagnosis of, quality of enterprise management, consumer understanding of value.Finally, this paper verified the correctness of key success factors through analysis of the XX square reverse consulting case and provided some inspiration for the diagnosis practice of reverse consulting at the same time. |
