The current world economy is weak, and China’s economy slows down. With structural adjustment, the enterprise is facing with fierce competition. In order to cope with the increasingly severe market situation, how domestic enterprises to improve business performance and enterprise value through their own strategy and management adjustment, is a subject worthy of further study. With the rapid development of information technology, enterprises engaged in information service are increasing. How to strengthen the internal operation management so as to improve the operational performance and strategic development capabilities, so that it can get a good development in the fierce competition environment, is a common concern of the information service enterprises.Based on the comprehensive study of the performance management of project team, this paper introduces the related concepts of enterprise value management, performance management and this lays a theoretical foundation for further study. Then take the A company information project team as the research object, analyze the current situation of the A company’s information project team performance management, and according to the point of value, SWOT analysis on the performance management of A company’s information project team, analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, constitute the development strategy of A company and its information project team.Put forward the principle, guiding ideology and design thought of the construction of the index system of A company’s information project team, discusses the preparation of designing performance management system, designs the performance management index system, constructs the performance management evaluation model of A company information project team, and studies the corresponding performance appraisal methods, and make clear the corresponding performance appraisal methods. At the end of this paper, the paper puts forward the performance management index system and the model in the A company’s information project team to carry out an empirical study, and carry out the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the implementation of the performance management index system through the use of radar chart and AHP method, Verify the scientific, reasonable and practical of the performance management index system and model constructed.This paper makes a positive research on the performance management of the information project team based on value-oriented, and it has a reference value for the performance management of similar enterprises, the results of this study provide a reference for further study and practice for the performance management of information project team, this paper provides a good example and a feasible train of thought for the performance management of information project team. Moreover with the rapid development of information technology, the research results of this paper provide a feasible way to carry out performance management and strategic management.
