In recent years reformation, school running enterprises not only won the experience, but also made many contribution in school science, technology innovation, personnel training and technical services and etc. These are attributed to school run enterprises exploring the management system, incentive mechanism, the reform of internal management system and operation mechanism of a series of useful exploration.Because of the scale of higher education expanding, continuous innovation of science and technology, the market economy gradually established, and a variety of social causes, people gradually focus on how to further strengthen the management, so as to achieve the increase in efficiency, standardize services, and more and more school run enterprise leaders besides workers begun to get the awareness of the importance of establishing a scientific and effective performance evaluation system.Firstly, this paper discusses the background and research significance. Theoretically and operationally, the paper comprehensively analysis the research on the performance evaluation of school run enterprise managers. The paper also research on the current situation, existing problems and the related reasons, the necessity of performance evaluation, the characteristics of the evaluation criteria, and so on. Establish a set of evaluating index system of reflecting the school run enterprise management personnel performance appraisal that based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to calculate the index weight. Put fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the analysis hierarchy process (AHP), and the new method will effectively evaluate the level of school run enterprise staff performance appraisal. This article carries on a particular school run enterprises, and use the fuzzy AHP model to the validate of the established index system. The result shows that the personnel assessment of the school run enterprises is in good condition, and also proves that the evaluation model used in the evaluation of school run enterprise management personnel performance appraisal has certain operational and practical significance.
