Research On Performance Appraisal Of ERP Implementation For The Pharmaceutical Enterprises In China

In order to meet the demand of the ERP implementation performance evaluation by pharmaceutical enterprises in China, we designed a model to evaluate the ERP implementation performance, which is suitable for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.According to the special background of pharmaceutical industry, we constructed performance evaluation system of ERP implementation for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. The evaluation system is divided into two modules: the purpose of the main module is to evaluate enterprise performance at the basic of BSC, and the auxiliary module is used to eliminate interference factors referring to ABCD Checklist. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to construct a set of comprehensive evaluation method of ERP implementation performance, thus forming the performance evaluation model of ERP implementation in pharmaceutical enterprises, and apply this model to evaluate ERP implementation performance for the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises scientifically.Through the case of DT Pharmaceutical Enterprise, we proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the model in industries.
