In recent years,the number of enterprises in the domestic market has been increasing,especially with the gradual integration of domestic and foreign economy and the rapid rise of multinational enterprises,domestic and foreign market competition is not optimistic.enterprises survive in a competitive market,the key of which success lies in the talent.In order to realize long-term development in the fierce market competition,there is an urgent need a set of reasonable performance appraisal index system to carry out scientific and comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the human resources of the enterprise(including knowledge human resources and common staff).Domestic and foreign scholars generally believe that the establishment of a set of reasonable performance appraisal index system is of great importance to the development of enterprises.It is because that reasonable performance appraisal can increase the sense of identity of enterprise human resources to their own work and enterprises,greatly improve their enthusiasm for work,realize their own value,and create greater value for enterprises at the same time.Therefore,the reasonable performance appraisal plays an active role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Due to the special historical development process of SMEs in our country,lack of attention to human resource management in the pastthere are many problems in the human resource management,especially in the aspect of performance evaluation,which Seriously affect the staff's enthusiasm,thus restricting the development of enterprises.This paper takes S company as an example to study,based on the relevant theories such as performance appraisal and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,goes deep into company S to conduct an investigation,combined with the actual situation of S company,to analyze the current situation and problems of human resources performance assessment in S Company at present.Redesigning and optimizing the performance appraisal system of S Company,which can fully emphasize the "human" element,so as to improve the executive ability and innovation ability of the staffs.Thus,this article also gives suggestions on the improvement of S Company's performance appraisal system through the construction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which is conducive to the integration of the individual performance of staffs and the overall performance of the enterprise,and improve enterprises'whole competitiveness.Conclusions of this study can be used as an important basis for enterprise human resource performance appraisal.At the same time,the human resources performance appraisal of other enterprises in our country has certain reference significance.
