DSM is one of the most effective way to ease power shortage. So, when power supply and demand balance was gradually being broken,Strengthen DSM is the great significance. The smart grid is continuous development. Demand side management has become the important part of the smart grid. In the framework of the smart grid, DSM has been given new meaning. Orderly use of electricity as an important means of DSM,.Because of the lack of intelligent management tools, The users lack of subjective awareness, Resulting in the efficiency and the results are not satisfactory.So, Orderly power management fine, intelligent, active management has great significance.This article is under the framework of the Smart Grid, analyzes the status of domestic orderly power management, And through the use of advanced metering, communications and control technology. Research,and design an orderly power management include system,acquisition,control,communications, ordered electricity program automatically, user behavior analysis and other functions electricity. Mainly design of orderly power management terminal, orderly power management master system and orderly business users of electricity APP. Also proposed the application of the proposed system, And according to the power load date of Hangzhou Yuhang,analysis of economic and social benefits.
