Nowadays with the rapid development of the network era, consumers consumption concept and consumption channels have undergone tremendous changes, mainly reflected in from the previous shopping malls, stores, and the store shopping to Taobao, micro business network consumption change. B2C e-commerce as one of the important models, in the era of network economy, has also been rapid development, and with the expansion of the market, the influx of new competitors, B2C enterprises won the opportunity will be confronted with great challenges. In the sales process of electronic telecommunication, consumers are getting more and more attention to the quality of goods and services, which has also become a important criterion. With the increase in consumer demand, after the occurrence of network transactions, will often appear to return the state, if not handled in the return process is not good, will seriously affect the user experience. In order to improve customer satisfaction, increase the competitiveness of enterprises, B2C companies have launched a convenient and perfect return process and system. But a lot of returns can lead to increased business costs, reverse logistics occurred directly increase the additional cost for the enterprise. Therefore, how to in the reverse logistics for the enterprise cost savings, is a key problem.Firstly on the reverse logistics in B2C e-commerce were analysis, illustrates the reverse logistics for the importance of B2C e-commerce enterprise. Then on the reverse logistics network operation mode are analyzed and compared. Finally, this paper to electronic commerce B2C enterprises operating modes of different constructs the corresponding reverse logistics network, to optimize reverse logistics operation cost as the goal established mathematical model of mixed integer programming and design examples. The innovation of this paper is the combination of theory and practice, which focuses on solving the practical problems of B2C enterprise reverse logistics network. Author from the category of electronic commerce took out B2C mode were studied, respectively discuss the self-management, the tripartite model and joint model under return logistics center location and problems, the establishment of mathematical model, and obtain the optimal solution, and by substituting the data simulation, and gives the best goods logistics center address and the corresponding return path.
