With the advent of the information age and the rapid development of China’s economy,people’ purchasing ability for electrical and electronic products has been greatly improved.At the same time,with the updating and iteration rate of electrical and electronic products is getting faster and faster,which eventually leads to the increase of wasted electrical and electronic products.If these can not be properly recycled,it will not only cause great pressure and damage to the environment,but also waste a lot of valuable resources.Therefore,it is very urgent to carry out the research on reverse logistics.Reverse logistics network is the guarantee of the effective recycling of wasted electrical and electronic products.Whether the network design is scientific or not can directly affect the recycling efficiency.This paper,taking G Company as the research object,makes a detailed analysis on how to establish the reverse logistics network for wasted electrical and electronic products by the method of combining theory with practice.The research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,based on literature survey method,the relevant theories and research status of reverse logistics network of wasted electrical and electronic products are summarized,which provides theoretical support for this paper.(2)Secondly,through the analysis of the recycling market of wasted electrical and electronic products in Guiyang,the paper collects data of the ownership and scrap situation.Through field research on G Company,the current problems of G Company are explored.Based on the relevant theories of reverse logistics and the mathematical model of mixed integer programming,the decision is made to build new recycling and treatment plants,and based on this,the reverse logistics network of wasted electrical and electronic products suitable for G company’s sustainable development is established,and the function and operation process are explained accordingly.(3)Finally,the paper puts forward feasible implementation suggestions and safeguard measures for G Company,hoping to improve the recycling efficiency,standardize the recycling process and achieve long-term development.
