Research On Electric Power Enterprise Material Procurement Information System Based On The E-commerce Environment

In recent years, with network information process more and more quickly, e-commerce has become one of the fastest growing business areas. In China, e-commerce transactions in the whole society have exceeded 14 trillion yuan in 2014. The electronic commerce information system marketing to the enterprise has occupied the main position. It is achieved that transactions between companies in e-commerce transactions platform. However, the material procurement business based on e-commerce has been the main content of enterprise online transactions. Electric power enterprise has a huge amount of material procurement needs in construction of infrastructural facilities and power system operation as large state-owned enterprise. According to the characteristics of electric power enterprise material procurement, it is important practical significance and application value that develop applied research for electric power enterprise material procurement information system design through applying electronic commerce information technology.Firstly, the paper describes the domestic and foreign research trends on the information of material procurement. Secondly, it analyzes supply chain theory, power enterprise materials procurement process analysis, e-commerce basic theory and so on. Secondly, through analyzing material procurement characteristics and concrete case, the paper launches feasibility measure to the information of electric power enterprise materials procurement. Thirdly, according to practical analysis results, the paper concrete designs the material purchase module using JSP, Servlet technology and other system software support, retaliating user login, bidding information release, bid price comparison and material online trading. Fourth, it will introduce in detail in system overall system, information import, input and maintenance, bidding management and system management functions. Finally, the paper forecasts possible problems and application prospect for the information application process of electric power enterprise materials procurement.
