Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Ningxia Agricultural Products’ Cold-chain Logistics

The study on agricultural products cold chain logistics in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is relatively deficient and starts late. The cold chain logistics system has not been found, and the theorical study of cold-chain logistics is also very few which has not yet formed a complete set of theory system. All aboves are not conducive to the long-term development of the agricultural products cold-chain logistics in Ningxia. At the same time, the lack of cold chain industry has also made the circulation loss rate of fresh agricultural products in Ningxia as high as about 30%. Namely, it not only cannot ensure food safety for consumers, but also increases the cost of the farmers and the logistics enterprises, eventually leading to that the fresh agricultural products of Ningxia can’t get out the door and lack market competitiveness.Based on referencing these researches on fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics from the domestic and foreign scholars, this thesis uses literature research method, interview, statistics charts and combining criterion analysis with practice analysis. Through the study on the current status of the agricultural products cold-chain logistics industry in Ningxia, this thesis discovers issues in the development of it. Furthemore, on the strength of the theory of lean thinking and supply chain management, from the purposes of integrating the cold chain logistics chain and reducing logistics cost, this thesis tries to lean and optimize the agricultural products cold-chain logistics industry in Ningxia form the following four aspects:pre-cool prosess, cold storage, refrigerated transport and distribution, frozen sales. Finally, according to the practical situation of Ningxia, this paper puts forward measures and suggestions to accelerate the development of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics industry in Ningxia. It not only has important theoretical significance for the development of cold chain logistics industry in Ningxia, also provides theoretical basis and reference for the autonomous region government to enact related policy of agricultural cold chain logistics.
