Nowadays, our market is becoming increasingly competitive, our economic situation is severe and complicated, and we have opened wilder theand the pattern of all. Within the arrival of the age of big data, as for the competitive intelligence of enterprises, our enterprises’ counter competitive intelligence research is not deep enough, our construction is still not perfect.This essay paper expounds the concept and features of counter competitive intelligence and its correlativity, to analyses weaknesses and risks in the enterprises on the current situation and to give company’s counter competitive intelligence recommendations. Cite the cases of Huawei, we analyzed their company’s counter competitive intelligence work on the current situation, in support of the author, and we hope that the case could be a guidance of other construction of enterprises’counter competitive intelligence system.The first chapter is on the basis of collecting and analyzing the domestic and foreign enterprises counter-competitive intelligence literature, clarifies development direction and status in quo in this field home and abroad. The early journal articles in China mainly focused on the conception of counter-competitive intelligence. QiuXiaolin, HouYingfeng firstly define the counter-competitive intelligence.As the concept gradually clear, scholars began to discuss the counter-competitive intelligence from different perspective (Such as competitive analysis, game theory, behavioral science, knowledge flow, etc) or studied how to develop the counter-competitive intelligence from just one perspective (such as early warning function, safe operation, organization guarantee, etc.). Currently, domestic studies of the counter-competitive intelligence present three features:firstly, counter-competitive intelligence research starts late, secondly, counter-competitive intelligence research lacks comprehensive study. Third, counter-competitive intelligence research lacks case study.The second chapter describes the concept and characteristics of the era of large data, elaborates on definition and new features of the counter-collection intelligence under the background of the era of big data, and describes relationship between the counter-competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence and the relationship with the network information security, points out the necessity and urgency of enterprises counter-competitive intelligence under the background of the era of big data, and finds out that Chinese enterprises have problems and insufficiency in counter-competitive intelligence, which establishes the reality basis for later new competitive intelligence system construction in this paper.Based upon analyzing the weak spots and risks of the counter-competitive intelligence in era of big data, the third chapter, first of all, discusses the vulnerabilities and risks of legal aspect existing in the enterprise counter-competitive intelligence law vulnerabilities and risks under current situation. Given the research achievements of this field are less, and counter-competitive intelligence work involves many related laws, using legal means to protect the enterprise information security will become an important development direction for he competitive intelligence research in the future. Then this chapter analyzes the weak spots may existing in intranet and extra-net, developed with the development of Internet on account of enterprise internal entity and daily contacts, and study their vulnerable to the threat and preventive measures to define and emphasize the essential point of enterprise counter-competitive intelligence.The fourth chapter details how to establish the counter-competitive intelligence system in the era of big data. Firstly, task clear, secondly establish necessary working system, which in turn describes the main work of counter-competitive intelligence system under the background of the era of big data from five aspects, including enterprise key information identification, the discovery of competitive intelligence weak spot, facing the competitive intelligence activities risk, competitors competitive intelligence capability assessment and counter competitive intelligence strategy formulation andimplementation.Then, combined with the era of big data of counter-competitive intelligence technology, enterprise culture construction and enterprise counter-competitive intelligence work feedback and improvement, enterprises build an enterprise competitive intelligence system.At the end of this paper, the fifth chapter focuses on case study. Through analyzing the base situation, work system, principles, and policies of counter-competitive intelligence in Huawei Technologies Co Ltd, and summarizing the network system construction, personnel security strategy, and the physical and secure environment of Huawei, this chapter expounds Huawei’s competitive intelligence system, which has a certain realistic guiding significance for other companies to establish enterprises counter-competitive intelligence system in the era of big data.
