Research On Counter-intelligence Model For Enterprise Crisis Early Warning

With the fierce competition in the global market economy,many enterprises have focused on learning the advanced production technology and business philosophy.Affected by this trend,on the one hand,it promotes lots of outstanding to enterprises develop the technical research.On the other hand,It is inevitable that some enterprises try to get others' research results through various means and channels.At present,the convenience of receiving and transmitting information has greatly improved the opportunities for information leakage.In recent years,the crisis of enterprise information leakage occurs frequently and it brings serious damage to the reputation and significant economic losses to the enterprises.Therefore,the urgent problem to be solved in theory and business circles is how to build a counter intelligence model which aims to protect enterprises' core competitiveness and confidential information,and it could make early warning of crisis information.Researching on the relationship between competitive intelligence and crisis early warning is a hot spot in the field of Library and Information Science in China.The research results mainly focus on two aspects: one is the function,process and method of competitive intelligence in crisis early warning;the other is the system design,system construction,operation mechanism of competitive intelligence and crisis early warning.However,there are few researches on the counter intelligence and crisis warning.This paper starts with the basic theory of counter intelligence and crisis warning,specific analysis the correlation and relevance between them.By comparing and analyzing the information demands of enterprise crisis early warning and counter intelligence demands,this paper has combined the traditional counter intelligence model and then,constructed a counter intelligence model for enterprise crisis early warning and designed a specific workflow.The author combines the counter intelligence and crisis warning,and it not only has a solid theoretical foundation,but also has practical operability,and it can provide a new perspective for competitive intelligence and crisis management research.
