Sme Anti-competitive Intelligence

With the broad development of competitive intelligence of enterprise activity, the task of counter competitive intelligence has become more important and serious. Competitive intelligence emphasizes the study on intelligence method and system establish, however, counter competitive intelligence pays more attention to the study on management problem, which belongs to management creation. Based on analysis on some conceptions such as counter competitive intelligence and business secrets, this paper designs the processing mode and working program of counter competitive intelligence from the point of view of enterprise management. The paper also discusses the culture establishment of counter competitive intelligence in the process of setting up enterprise culture and points out that the main content is information awareness education, stimulation mechanism for information workers and regulation system of counter competitive intelligence work.
