2014 is the year of the securities industry to accelerate the development of innovation, the overall strength of the industry as a whole has gradually increased, the service capabilities have continued to strengthen. The capital intermediary business,which is represented by the security financing business is growing fast. The business scope has been expanded, and the number of products has also been increased. The development of the internet securities is promoting the innovation an transformation of the industry. As the capital market has undergone a drastic change, securities brokerage business will take a hit. The stockbrokers, who work for the securities brokerage business, is facing the problem of transition.In order to find key points and the principles of the management of the stockbrokers,the paper has been guided by the principal agent theories, motivation theories and marketing theories. Through the study of the domestic and foreign stockbrokers, the experience of foreigners and the lack of our country have been summarized. With the actual conditions of the SC company, the paper using PEST analysis and McKinsey 7S model to analyze the external environment, the current situation of the securities brokerage business and the stockbrokers of the SC company. There are three main problems needed to be solved: First, the performance policy is too old to support the company strategy.Second, the service offered by the stockbrokers are not enough. Third, the technological system needs to be updated to strengthen service effects supplied by the stockbrokers.In order to solve these problems that come from the stockbroker management, the paper gives three strategies by using different research methods and tools: First, through the balanced scorecard, analytic hierarchy process combined with the questionnaire survey data, the performance evaluation indicators have been readjusted, and a scientific and reasonable index weight table has been developed. Second, after analyzing the customer structure of SC company, the paper used Boston matrix to do customer classification, and and a marketing model of product servitised was raised. Third, using kinds of views to show the optimization results of the technological system. At the same time, according to the performance policy adjustment and new marketing model, some specific demand wererequired to improve the main function of the system.At last, the paper has discussed some measures to ensure the strategies can be carried out from three aspects: personnel recruitment, personnel training and team management.
