Research On The Evaluation Of The Patent Competitiveness In Guangxi

In the context of global economic integration, innovation driven has become an important driving force for the development of science and technology economy and even the development of country. Now, it’s more obvious that China’s economic development mode the transformation, innovation and lead the development trend, so encouraging innovation and intellectual property system of basic security role is more prominent. The state has issued relevant document, the indicator of intellectual property will be incorporated into the plan for national economic and social development. At present, the development of intellectual property rights in China is faced with a lack of evaluation system, regional development imbalance, big but not strong, and so on. How to establish intellectual property evaluation system becomes the main problem. Patent as an important part of intellectual property, the development of specialized patent evaluation index system is also very important.Based on domestic and foreign patent competitiveness research theory basis, the paper summarizes the connotation of regional patent competitiveness, and according to the characteristics of patent intellectual property industry development, the strength of patent output, the strength of patent quality, the strength of patent effectiveness, the patent support strength.In four aspects to construct regional patent competitive power evaluation index system. According to the evaluation index system, using factor analysis method, it combines with SPSS software to analyze the status of the patent competitiveness in different regions in China, and draw the corresponding ranking. It collects the Guangxi regional patent data from 2008 to 2015 and then analyzes the status of patent development. The above research results show that the Guangxi patent competitiveness is relatively weak, falls behind other cities in the country’s ranking. There is a big gap between policy, capital, talent, support environment with other areas. At last, it puts forward that the patent development in Guangxi needs to be supported by the government, which should strengthen the financial support, strengthen the construction of the professional talent team, and promote the transformation and application of patent.
