Nowadays,the spring-up various business models,and the full swing of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation,which,in some degree,challenge the traditional perception of the company,the business model,etc.As an important part of modern enterprise management system,enterprise human resources management receives more and more attention.Company A,established in January,2004,is a private company which is focusing on designing,manufacturing and marketing knitting produces.With the increasing cost of the factors of production,the company has plenty of problems in the areas of strategy transition and production management,which requires Company A to pay attention to human resources management.By embarking on reforming and innovating human resources management,by reengineering operation system and branding to replace the old business pattern,the development problem should be solved.At first,by systematically analyzing the status quo of human resources management of Company A,this thesis lists the relevant prominent problems,and then the thesis seeks the theory and methods which apply to solving the problems by referencing the advanced idea and successful experiences of human resources management in domestic companies.Moreover,depends on the theory of human resources management,the thesis makes a specific human resources plan that matches the development strategy of Company A.Furthermore,in line with the strategy target which is rapid development and reforming,the thesis decomposes the assessment indexes of human resources management so that every employee has clear performance indicators and the strategy target can be guaranteed.At last,the thesis puts forward to a series of optimization plans corresponding to the aspects of organization and planning,allocation and selection,career management,training and development,compensation and benefit management,performance management and so on.
